We can arrange pretty well every ancillary service you’re
ever likely to need, from conveyancing, surveying, removals
and building work tenders to interior design, the sale
of your existing home and property management.
what do our services cost?
When you engage us to conduct a property search for you,
we’ll ask you to pay a standard registration fee
of £375. We will also charge you what we call a
‘success’ fee, which is 1.25 per cent of the
final purchase price, less the £375 upfront fee.
Typically, what we save you by negotiating the purchase
price —and certainly what we save you in time
and money by sparing you the search — should leave
you in pocket on the deal.
If you engage us to handle your rental requirements,
the fee of £375 is payable in advance. This again
is deductible from the success fee, which is one month’s
rental, payable on signing of the tenancy agreement.
